The hotel is pleasant with good Wi-Fi and a good value. The units are new-fashioned, compact. Great to have a terrace and a balcony. The setting is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, next to the marina and the market and the hillside behind, extremely nice area. There is Chez Marie serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue.

extremely helpful staff, magnificent views over the sea and surrounding hills, everything is nice. the superior queen room is perfect and has a safe box, central heating, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels. it boasts unbeatable, fab location not far from the harbour & beach, and the centre of cassis.

The value for money at Royal Cottage was excellent, with a comfy bed, reliable wifi, and a 24/7 tea machine. The location of the hotel was convenient, with the bus terminal right in front, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering fresh items rather than pre-packaged microwaved foods.

The breakfast had a wide range of options and included slices of fresh bread and jam. Big and compact room with large balkony as well as a terrace, and the pool was great. The location was marvellous and stunning, relatively close to Port de Cassis Marina.

Spent a wonderful Easter holiday at this cozy hotel. Loved the comfortable beds and the room was always clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of different options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and the beach. The staff was always friendly and happy to assist with any questions we had. The quiet garden was a real oasis of peace, and we enjoyed spending hours lounging and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze.
The shower in the bathroom was annoying as there was no shower curtain or glass to prevent water from spreading across the bathroom floor. , despite the hotel being in a peaceful garden, the road noise in some areas is quite intrusive.
